The City of Morrilton is seeking a full-time Parks and Recreation Director to direct the operation and maintenance of all City Parks, Community Center, Swimming Pool, Skate Park, Recreation Programs, and future endeavors. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Parks and Recreation or closely related field with a minimum of one year of supervisory experience in Parks and Recreation management preferred. Candidates must have good oral and written communication skills, public relation skills, be knowledgeable of recreational activities and recreation programming, computer skills, and be comfortable serving in a leadership role.
